Exelixis Benefits: Evolving With You

In August of 2021, we began our evolution.
We increased the wellness subsidy, added an adoption assistance program, offered a child care tuition subsidy, added ten weeks to our parental leave policy, improved the short-term disability benefit, and increased bereavement leave. And we were just getting started.

- Continued to expand and improve benefit offerings to ensure that they’re diverse, equitable, and inclusive
