In August of 2021, we began our evolution.

We increased the wellness subsidy, added an adoption assistance program, offered a child care tuition subsidy, added ten weeks to our parental leave policy, improved the short-term disability benefit, and increased bereavement leave. And we were just getting started.

  • Increased coverage for long-term disability, basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and voluntary employee life insurance
  • Increased Employer match to $11K and added automatic ROTH in-plan conversion
  • Added Milk Stork program
  • Launched new benefits website

2023

  • Continued to expand and improve benefit offerings to ensure that they’re diverse, equitable, and inclusive

  • Exelixis to front load the HSA going forward
  • HSA – fully fund the deductibles in 2025
  • Added menopause support
  • Adjusted contributions for PPO to 15%, static % for Kaiser, and static $ for all other plans
