What to Know

Exelixis offers vision coverage through VSP. When you visit VSP network eye care providers, you pay less. We offer two vision plans: the Core Plan and the Buy-Up Plan.

Exelixis fully pays for your premiums under the Core Plan. You’re covered for eye exams and lenses with a copay. You also have an allowance to purchase frames every 24 months or contacts every 12 months.

The Buy-Up Plan offers the same coverage as the Core Plan, except you have a $50 higher frames or contacts allowance than under the Core Plan. Additionally, you’re covered for frames or contacts every 12 months instead of every 24 months.

VSP Vision Care members can also save up to 60% on the latest brand-name prescription and over-the-counter hearing aids through the TruHearing hearing aid discount program. To learn more, review the TruHearing overview below.
