Exelixis Benefits: Evolving With You
In August of 2021, we began our evolution.
We increased the wellness subsidy, added an adoption assistance program, offered a child care tuition subsidy, added ten weeks to our parental leave policy, improved the short-term disability benefit, and increased bereavement leave. And we were just getting started.

- Offered new, larger dental network with improved coverage
- Added family planning benefits, including fertility benefits and a surrogacy subsidy
- Provided choice in vision coverage
- Added mental health support
- Expanded the child care tuition subsidy to all employees
- Increased coverage for long-term disability, basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and voluntary employee life insurance
- Increased Employer match to $11K and added automatic ROTH in-plan conversion
